Avant Assessment wins Emerald Award for Innovation

Avant Assessment, a spinout of UO's Center for Applied Second Language Studies, won the 2009 Emerald Award for Innovation on Oct. 6.  The Emerald Awards are presented by the Eugene Chamber of Commerce to local businesses that "contribute to our community’s vitality and quality of life by implementing sustainable business practices."
